📜 Terms of Service

Welcome to Looppy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Looppy mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated from Switzerland. By using Looppy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Looppy. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You agree not to share your account or create multiple accounts
• You can delete your account anytime in the app settings

3. Listings

You can post items for sale on Looppy. By doing so, you agree that:

• You own the items or have the right to sell them
• Your listing complies with Swiss law and our content policy
• Photos are real, taken by you, and represent the actual item
• You will not post prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeits, animals, hateful or illegal content)

We may remove any listing that violates our policies, without prior notice.

4. Transactions

Looppy is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Transactions happen directly between users (cash or TWINT, typically in person). Looppy is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of items.

We strongly recommend meeting in safe public places and inspecting items before paying.

5. Boosts & paid features

You can purchase Boosts (top of feed, premium colors, featured spot) via Stripe (TWINT, Apple Pay, card). Prices are displayed in CHF and include VAT. Boosts are non-refundable once activated, except in case of technical error.

6. AI features

Looppy uses AI to assist with listings (title, description, price estimate, translation). AI output is a suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the final content before publishing.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use Looppy for spam, scams, or fraud
• Scrape, copy, or misuse data from the Service
• Attempt to bypass security or moderation

Violations may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By posting, you grant Looppy a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and translate your content within the Service. The Looppy name, logo, and design are our property.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime.

10. Disclaimers

Looppy is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Looppy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Switzerland.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
